NOTES: Mike arrives 2-3 hours prior to show time to understand your conditions & Party setup.
PLEASE CLEAR STAGE AT LEAST 8 MIN. PRIOR TO SHOWTIME: Shows require a cleared playing area 8 feet deep by 12 feet wide, front & center of the stage. Band instruments, Disco equipment, power lines or props from other acts MUST be cleared at least 10 minutes prior to show time.
Disco services should keep CONSOLES and large units off the center of the stage and to the side, or to the floor. Bands should keep DRUM SETS off the center of the stage, or be prepared to relocate/break them out of the area by show time. We cannot take responsibility for a successful show unless adequate room to perform is available.
SHOWS LOOK BEST ON AN ELEVATED STAGE, (as opposed to floor level).
